2026 = Katie Mihalak Photography's 20th Anniversary :)

It’s hard to put into words what it’s like to realize that I have been a photographer for 20 years, this March. I don’t know where I got the courage and audacity to think I could do it but here we are.

Turns out it hasn’t just been a vocation it’s become such a special part of my life in no small part. The relationships that I have forged have been invaluable.

As most of you know I battled breast cancer a few years ago and when I got back to taking photos again it because clear to me that photography has become a great part of what feeds my soul and gives me energy. It’s become a holy endeavor.

Ya, that got pretty deep but I mean it! I will end this with some of my favorite photos from 2025.
